At Select Living Group, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home furnishings. If a piece doesn't fit your space perfectly, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our concierge support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Item
Carefully repackage your items in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly manuals, and protective inserts are included.
- 3.Shipping and Pickup
For small parcels, use the provided prepaid shipping label; for oversized furniture or white-glove items, we will coordinate a professional freight pickup at your convenience.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the item to confirm it is in original condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
